Bill Emerson, Surveyor

Bill Emerson, Jr. is a professional civil engineer (P.E.), attorney and also the current serving Surveyor of Lake County Indiana.
Bill and his staff responsibly manage millions of dollars of drainage infrastructure improvements every year.
Bill serves on the National Association of Counties Environment, Energy and Land Use Committee.
Bill is the Lake County Plan Commission President.
